El dólar finalizó la jornada con una caída de 28 centavos, a 25.12 pesos a la venta y 24.16 a la compra en Citibanamex, en medio de la posibilidad de que la economía de Estados Unidos inicie su proceso de reapertura.

Con este resultado, el dólar puso fin a una racha de cinco sesiones consecutivas con aumentos en su valor en ventanillas bancarias.

Al mayoreo, la divisa estadounidense perdió 26.80 centavos, para venderse a 24.8620 unidades.

Desde el punto de vista de Banco Base, la apreciación del peso se debió principalmente a un mayor apetito por riesgo en los mercados financieros, la cual es más notable en el mercado de capitales, por la expectativa de que comience a normalizarse la actividad económica de manera gradual.
