El peso se depreciaba el viernes por cuarta jornada al hilo mientras inversionistas evaluaban todavía débiles datos económicos de esta semana, en medio de temores de rebrotes de coronavirus en varias partes del mundo.

La moneda local cotizaba en 22.1280 por dólar, con una pérdida del 0.56% frente a los 22.0040 pesos del precio de referencia de Reuters del jueves, pero en el mes la ganancia acumulada rondaba un 3.7%.

“Resultados empresariales, datos macroeconómicos y restricciones por el Covid-19, que sigue sumando contagios récord por todo el mundo, son los principales elementos que marcan la sesión de hoy para la moneda mexicana”, dijo Jorge Gordillo, director de análisis de CI Banco.

Durante la semana se revelaron los datos del PIB en Estados Unidos, México y la Unión Europea, en donde se confirmaron las expectativas de fuertes descensos provocados por los cierres de las economías para frenar al brote de coronavirus.
