El peso mexicano se apreciaba el lunes favorecido por una nueva ola de debilidad global del dólar que impulsaba a varias monedas de países emergentes, mientras los inversionistas evaluaban el impacto de rebrotes de coronavirus en algunos países europeos.
La moneda local cotizaba en 22.2540 por dólar, con una ganancia del 0.38% frente a los 22.3389 pesos del precio de referencia de Reuters del viernes.
La semana pasada, el peso anotó una baja semanal de un 5.7%, y en lo que va del año acumula una pérdida superior a un 18%.
